March 2020 - bespoke Covid 19 Coronavirus Statement

Posted 18th March 2020

At bespoke we believe that knowledge is power, so we wanted
to reassure all our clients, staff and potential clients that we are doing
everything we can to keep our teams and clients regularly updated and briefed
on the latest news.

As a professional contract cleaning company, we are at the
‘sharp-end’ when it comes to supporting our clients and on-site staff through
this difficult time.

bespoke is following Government advice (as detailed on the
www.Gov.co.uk  website) for all our
procedures. This includes staff who may be vulnerable, and any members of the
team who show symptoms or have had contact with anyone with symptoms.

We have in place an Infection Control & Outbreak Policy,
a Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
We are also delivering training via Toolbox Talk to all members of the
cleaning team.  This includes how to keep
themselves safe and how this outbreak will affect our cleaning services. All
employees have also received the most current guidance on how to wash their
hands properly.

We have dedicated members of staff  monitoring Government advice, and everything
pertinent is reviewed and revised weekly– or more frequently if information
changes.  All documentation is available
live 24 hours a day on our Client and Employee Portals in a dedicated ‘Coronavirus’
folder.

We have access to the latest advice from our retained
professional Health & Safety Advisors, and through Government bulletins and
Public Health England and the NHS.

Cleaning is being completed with  anti-bacterial cleaner, and an Infection
Control Checklist is in place to ensure that our teams concentrate on
‘high-contact’ areas.

Instruction has gone out to our Management Team that only
essential site visits and meetings should take place, and that client
requirements in this respect should also be adhered to.

Going forward, we will continue to monitor the situation and
Government guidance and instructions.

We will continue to keep these measures in place
for as long as is necessary, and to implement additional controls as and when required.
