Our senior management team are the driving force behind our success story. By working hand in hand across all disciplines, we ensure that no task is too big for us to find an effective solution to your requirements.

Headed by our Managing Director Jackie Woodall, most of our senior management team have been part of the bespoke family for many years with the majority rising through the ranks into establish themselves successfully in key positions.


Jackie, Managing Director

Having worked in senior management positions within the industry for over 30 years, Jackie has overall responsibility for the day to day operation that is bespoke Cleaning Services. Attributes include a focused and pragmatic approach coupled with a clear financial strategy to ensure the continual growth of the company.

Anna, Personnel Director

Having overall responsibility for the Personnel, Human Resources and Payroll departments at bespoke, Anna has a key role in ensuring the needs of our workforce of over 1,000 employees are managed on a daily basis.


Adrian, Finance Director

Having worked for bespoke for 11 years, Adrian was promoted to Finance Director in 2013 and is responsible for all financial aspects for the Company.

Brian, Operations Director

Brian joined bespoke in 2013 having worked in a facilities management capacity. Having been promoted to Operations Director within 6 months, Brian is responsible for a select number of Regional and Area managers within his geographical area as well as managing a number of high profile key accounts.

Carole, Operations Director

Being the longest standing continual member of our management team, Carole joined bespoke 15 years ago just after the registration of the company. Carole manages a select number of Regional and Area managers in her geographical area as well as being directly responsible for our University portfolio.

Karen, Sales Director

Karen joined bespoke from a large multi-services contractor within the industry and has moulded a highly successful career in gaining new business across the UK. Promoted to Business Development Director in 2017 and Sales Director in 2018, Karen is responsible for bespoke's new business and telesales operation.


Caran, Regional Manager

Approaching her 10th year at bespoke, Caran has managed our Midlands and North business by building long standing relationships with her Clients. A qualified BICSc Trainer and Assessor, Caran has a ILM NVQ Level 3 qualification in Management.

Kamala, Senior Area Manager

Kamala joined bespoke in 2013 working as a Contract Manager on a large College in Wiltshire. She was promoted to Area Manager within 12 months and manages a number of sites both in the education and commercial sectors.

Kate, Regional Manager

Kate has managed our Wales and South West contracts since 2012 when she joined bespoke from a large cleaning contractor. Kate has a BA (Hons) degree in Humanities and an ILM NVQ Level 3 qualification in Management.

Lesley, Regional Manager

Joining bespoke as an Area Manager in 2009, Lesley was promoted this year to Regional Manager. With her expertise being in the education sector, Lesley manages several of bespoke's largest Colleges in the Midlands area.


Glen, Human Resources Manager

Without doubt one of our finest recruits, Glen joined bespoke in January 2014 in a completely new position as our HR Manager. Glen deals with all TUPE matters as well as being involved with our employment law requirements on a daily basis. Glen has a Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice, Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and is currently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.


Khirsty, Purchasing Manager

Another long-term employee, Khirsty is now in her 14th year at bespoke. Purchasing all our on-site consumables and chemicals, Khirsty is also responsible for site orders and COSHH management.

Nikki, Finance Manager

Nikki is fast approaching 5 years-service at bespoke. Working closely with our Finance Director, Nikki manages all aspects financial and has a Diploma in Business Studies.


Stella, Sales & Specialist Services Manager

Stella has worked closely with our Sales & Specialist Services Departments for 11 years undertaking many key roles including Sub-Contractor control, Health & Safety administration, compilation and management of Risk Assessments and completion of all bespoke's PQQ documentation. Having attained qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely, ILM Level 3 Management and NVQ level 3 Business Administration, Stella is a Red Cross emergency first aider.


Charlene, Office Manager

After commencing her employment in a telesales capacity in 2010, Charlene moved departments gaining promotion to Office Manager. One of her key roles is to support the Operations Managers and Operations Directors across the country, reporting directly through to our Managing Director on daily activities.

Heather, Operations Administrator

Heather works on our ActionDesk and is one of the friendly faces who meets and greets all visitors to our Head Office in Thornbury. Heather's main assets are a cool head and an unflappable nature, and she has assisted our Operations teams for over 3 years.

Sue, Operations Administrator

Fast approaching 3 years at bespoke, Sue also works on our ActionDesk. Assisting with the day to day administration duties, Sue supports our management teams, and with Heather manages our Client Portal facility.

Sue, Payroll Administrator

Sue as one of our latest recruits is approaching her 2-year anniversary. Working with our Personnel Director, Sue is responsible for everything that is payroll.


Mark, Telesales Manager

Having just completed his inaugural year in the Telesales department, Mark has taken on the mantle of Telesales Manager. Having worked in a number of senior positions within sales and customer services, Mark brings a wealth of experience to bespoke.
